Book Clever

I read this because a friend recommended it to me, and I have to say, I could just not get into it. I'll be the first to say I'm picky on what I get to read, and this was, to begin with, just not the type of literature I tend to lean for.The story on itself as it was told and as it was expressed on the movie was all cool an interesting and I'm sure it's a great book if you're into this type of reading, but I just failed completely at picking any sort of interest in the book itself. I read the first chapter, found it slow and boring to my preferred style of reading, and dropped it.
